The Office419 is a family owned and operated property management company committed to creating quality spaces where people can live, work, and thrive. Founded by a husband and wife team, we started with a simple vision: To create welcoming spaces where individuals feel proud to live and businesses can thrive.

Our first large scale development, Mayberry Square, became the foundation for that vision and remains a special part of our story. Over the years we have been fortunate to grow throughout the Toledo area, surrounding communities, and into Michigan by building apartment communities and investing in commercial spaces.

Although our portfolio has expanded, our values remain the same. We take pride in serving with honesty, responding with care, maintaining our properties with the highest standard, and creating welcoming communities where people feel valued and at home.
